Corporate Wellness

Schedule a corporate wellness session at your office with Casey and/or James. We offer on-site yoga and meditation to inspire and create a healthier, more productive, and rejuvenated work force. Corporate Wellness is individually cultivated to fit the needs of each company. Our Corporate Wellness services include: Yoga, Meditation and Stress Management. Each service can be offered in a group or private setting to support the needs and goals of each company and it’s employees.

Private Session

Schedule a private yoga and meditation session in your home with Casey or James. You will receive practical insight, modifications, and guidance to fit your lifestyle, body, mind and spiritual needs. Reasonably priced, holistic and convenient, each session provides a bountiful source of information, study, and one-on-one practice.

Reiki Session

The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy). Reiki is a type of energy healing. Energy healing targets the energy fields around the body. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or possibly emotional pain. In time these energy blocks can cause illness.

Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Improving the flow of energy around the body. After a session you may experience relaxation, reduced pain, speed healing and other reduced symptoms of illness.

Conscious Breath Work and Cold Water Therapy

Frequent exposure to cold is linked to a number of different health benefits. Scientists have found evidence that exposure to cold speeds up metabolism, reduces inflammation, swelling and sore muscles. Many athletes use ice baths and other types of exposure to cold as a means to speed up recovery after physical exercise. Cold water therapy is also linked to improved quality of sleep, more focus and even to an improved immune response.

Cold is an important component of Kundalini Yoga which is applied in the form of cold showers and ice baths. Participants of cold water therapy report health benefits that range from higher energy levels to relieved symptoms caused by autoimmune diseases.
